Linseed oil varnish

Traditional artist paint for painting on canvas or panel. The binder of the paint is a cold-pressed stored linseed oil of the highest quality. All color pigments used are lightfast. Also suitable for decorative painting on wood and metal as a refractory paint for our linseed oil paints for painting buildings. The paint is then prepared as follows: Take a sheet metal or glass jar. Press some of the paint out at the bottom of the jar. Add a little of boiled linseed oil and (1% siccative if preferred). Mix the linseed oil and the color paste to a smooth color. Feel free to use a brush as a mixing tool. The consistency of the finished color paste should be like sour milk (filmjölk). The color sample shows three colors. The darker one corresponds to the content of the tube while the lighter ones show mixtures with Mixed White Titanium-Zinc. ◘, Semi-Opaque

Traditionell konstnärsfärg för målning på duk eller pannå. Färgens bindemedel är en kallpressad lagrad linolja av högsta kvalitet. Alla färgpigment som används är ljusäkta. Även lämplig för dekorationsmålning på trä och metall och som brytfärg till våra linoljefärger för byggnadsmåleri. Färgen tillreds då på följande sätt: Ta en plåt- eller glasburk. Tryck ut lite av färgen i botten av burken. Tillsätt lite kokt linolja och eventuellt torkmedel 1 %. Blanda linoljan och färgpastan till en slät färg. Använd gärna en pensel som blandverktyg. Konsistensen på den färdiga färgen skall vara som filmjölk. Färgprovet visar tre kulörer. Den mörkare motsvarar tubens innehåll medan de ljusare visar blandningar med Blandvitt Titan-Zink. ◘, Halvtäckande
