SH IR System 1100 RS is very effective and flexible for both interior and exterior paint removal.
This model is fitted with an optimized heating area allowing for better access to corners. The IR heater allows for quick, easy and eco-friendly paint removal from most wood surfaces, and has the ability to soften old, hardened putty as well as modern rubber-like putty types. The IR tubes have a burning time of 3000-5000 hours. Tubes are available in two variants, and all machines have a serial no. specifying relevant model. If the machine has been in service for a longer period of time, it is always recommended that both tubes be replaced, otherwise the machine might produce an uneven heat level. IR tubes for the Speedheater with serial no. 1100-02, 04 or 04T have cable connection to ceramic plinth.
