Grinding kit Speedheater

The kit consists of 2 ceramic grinding cloths and a holder that fits all blades in the Speedheater range. The cloths are durable and reusable.
The holder is easy to use and makes grinding easier. Place the holder in the hole on the top of the blade and grind with circular movements so you quickly return the sharpness of the blade.
All speedheater scraper blades are made of a hard and tough special steel, mainly designed to scrape heated paint but also to keep them in the long run. We recommend grinding the back of the blades to maintain the unique profiles and angles of the blade.

SH IR System 1100 RS is very effective and flexible for both interior and exterior paint removal.
This model is fitted with an optimized heating area allowing for better access to corners. The IR heater allows for quick, easy and eco-friendly paint removal from most wood surfaces, and has the ability to soften old, hardened putty as well as modern rubber-like putty types. Unique scraping tools, mainly intended for window renovation, are included in this system package. Everything is designed to achieve the best result in the shortest possible time. Deliverd with one boomerang scraper, a puttychisel, a putty scraper, angle support and a systainer.

The IR tubes have a burning time of 3000-5000 hours. Tubes are available in two variants, and all machines have a serial no. specifying relevant model. If the machine has been in service for a longer period of time, it is always recommended that both tubes be replaced, otherwise the machine might produce an uneven heat level. IR tubes for the Speedheater with serial no. 1100-02, 04 or 04T have cable connection to ceramic plinth.
