The IR tubes have a burning time of 3000-5000 hours. Tubes are available in two variants, and all machines have a serial no. specifying relevant model. If the machine has been in service for a longer period of time, it is always recommended that both tubes be replaced, otherwise the machine might produce an uneven heat level. IR tubes for the Speedheater with serial no. 1100-02, 04 or 04T have cable connection to ceramic plinth.

Scraper blades for detailed woodwork
We provide scraper blades for the boomerang scraper which is designed to reduce the amount of force needed and prevent damage to the wood. Made of special steel, the blades can be sharpened by whetting the back side of the blade in order to maintain the unique profiles. The boomerang blades are meant to be used for scraping heated paint in accordance with the Speedheater Method TM.
