Ottosson hard linseed soap 0,5 liter
Ottosson Linseed soap paste is cooked in the same craftsmanship as our liquid soap. It does not contain any perfume or preservative and is just like our liquid soap, a greasy linseed oil soap that does not dry out the skin. PH 8,4
The use of the solid soap can differ slightly from the liquid, as it fits very well on vertical surfaces as it does not drain off, such as when cleaning an oven.
One of the many advantages of the solid soap is that it is concentrated and thus we minimize the transport of water. When diluting the solid soap with water, 0.5 liters of solid soap equals about 1.5 liters of liquid soap.
For a use solution: Dissolve 2 tbsp. per 5 liters of water.
Other applications include brush washing, wood floor cleaning / scrubbing, carpet washing
Ottosson White linseed soap
Our WHITE Linseed soap is crafted from Swedish cold pressed linseed oil with the addition of Titanium dioxide pigment. The product is specially developed for treating wood floors where a light / white tinted surface is desired.
Do this
1. Shake the can properly before use.
2. Dissolve 20% of white soap in 80% of lukewarm water.
3. Scrub the soap solution in the longitudinal direction of the wood.
4. Wait 30-60 minutes and then wipe off any excess soap solution/water with a dry/twisted mop or cloth.
5. Repeat treatment if a higher whiteness is desired.
( If more saturation is desired, wait 1 - 2 days and further saturate the surface with Ottosson White Linseed soap/Ottosson Linseed soap natural. Use the same amount of soap/water for the solution as above.)
Maintenance / Cleaning
The daily cleaning and maintenance of wood treated with
Soap is purely vacuum. When the wood starts to get dirty, it is easily washed off with Ottosson Linseed oil soap natural
Then use a weaker solution of 1 liter of soap to 20 liters of lukewarm water

Ottosson Linseed oil soap 5 liter
Our own manufactured Linseed oil soap is handcrafted and made of Swedish cold-pressed linseed oil. Linseed oil soap is naturally oily and acts to moisturize the skin.
Linseed oil soap has a wide range of applications such as general cleaning, cleaning brushes and hands when painting with linseed oil paints and in surface treatment. It contains potassium hydroxide, linseed oil fatty acids and water with no perfume additives. The low pH-value 9-10 renders the soap mild and gentle to the hands.
We received an interesting tip from a taxi driver who said that the best way to clean dirty leather seats was to use 1 part linseed oil soap mixed with 8 parts water. Spray on using a spray bottle and then wipe off with a cloth. Once the surface is clean, allow it to dry. Linseed oil soap is also used within health care (e.g. foot care).
